Vietnam Fight Hero Kit Bazooka Gun Ballpoint Pen Vintage 1970s? Viet Nam

Looks like this is supposed to be a keychain but the ring is broken off. Ink is dried in pen but could easily be replaced with a modern pen insert. See pictures for details. (Second photo is one I found online for reference)
