GI Joe Armored Cobra Commander v3 Action Figure 100% complete Vintage 1987 ARAH

In good condition with tight joints, some yellowing to waist and elbow cracks. Has mouth hose but I am not the original owner so I can't guarantee it is original. See pictures for details.
